SSH Remote host ID key has changed

In Linux , Debian

Je maakt regelmatig een ssh verbinding met een linux machine, maar ineens krijg je een foutmelding wanneer je een ssh sessie wil opbouwen.

WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED!

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!

Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that the RSA1 host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA1 key sent by the remote host is 1c:45:81:9c:9b:26:eb:14:dd:40:c2:74:69:a5:56:3a.
Please contact your system administrator.

Add correct host key in /root/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
Offending key in /root/.ssh/known_hosts:56
RSA1 host key for 192.168.0.254 has changed and you have requested strict checking.
Host key verification failed.

Oplossing:

Haal de foutieve regel (in dit geval 56) weg uit: /root/.ssh/known_hosts

Maak nu opnieuw een ssh verbinding met de host.
